Store Pickup

Customers may also pick up their orders from our location:

Fedha Plaza, 4th Floor, Westlands, Off Muthithi Road, Nairobi, Kenya

Customers will be notified once their order is ready for pickup.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM are processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may occasionally vary during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Nairobi: 1 business days
  • Outside Nairobi: 1–3 business days
